NOBLE aims to provide buyers with real product reviews from their friends and connections. By leveraging a buyer's social graphs, NOBLE identifies users within their LinkedIn connections, Slack groups, Discord communities, and phone/email contacts. Additionally, NOBLE works with the seller's customer advisory board (CAB) to opt-in customers to chat with buyers who don't have 2nd degree connections. The frequency of conversations can be limited based on the CAB member's preference, creating a safety net for buyers.
